how to fix Linked to missing export in kernell DLL
The ordinal 6930 could not be located in the dynamic link library MFC42.DLL

get a copy off a disk then
cd WINDOWS\System32
rename MFC42.DLL MFC42.OLD
copy /r <newer-version-location>\MFC42.DLL
